Filtration using belt filter stations

The filter fineness can be varied by using different filter fleeces.

AREAS OF APPLICATION FOR BAND FILTER STATIONS

Our belt filter stations are suitable for the pre-filtration of various process media from production. In addition, the medium can also be filtered after a process-related pH value adjustment. The evaporator system continuously receives good wastewater for treatment thanks to the upstream belt filter system. The tedious drilling of shell and tube heat exchangers, as is the case with vacuum evaporators, is now a thing of the past.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR BAND FILTER STATIONS

The pre-filter stations can be expanded with two additional options. Firstly, a foreign oil separator can be added. This can then separate free oil phases, such as lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, and bed rail oils, with a proportion of up to 95% before they reach the evaporator system. However, oils from other processes, such as paint pretreatment, washing, or parts cleaning, are also efficiently separated beforehand by the foreign oil separator. With the second option, the oil pump, the oil coming out of the foreign oil separator can then be pumped out and fed directly into the evaporator's disposal container.
