Mobile solutions from MKR bring the right process technology directly to where it is needed – flexible, quick to deploy, and ideal for changing requirements. Whether filtration, ultrafiltration, evaporation, or other plant concepts: the systems are designed to work reliably even with different media and quantities and can be easily integrated into existing processes. This allows you to create capacity at short notice, bridge failures, or test processes in live operation without having to install a stationary plant immediately.
SUCTION AND FILTERcart
Suction and filtercart are the practical solution when process media need to be quickly cleaned, pumped over, or returned directly at the machine. Contaminated emulsions, cooling lubricants, or cleaning media are safely extracted and freed from chips, sludge, and fine particles using suitable filter stages. This noticeably improves the quality of the media, benefits tool life and surface quality, and reduces unpleasant side effects such as odors or foaming. Mobility is a particular advantage in everyday use: the trolley can be moved to where it is needed without any complicated installation, making it ideal for multiple machines, changing locations, or as a quick immediate measure in the event of acute problems.
FOREIGN OIL SEPARATORS
Foreign oil separators remove foreign oils from emulsions and aqueous solutions, such as hydraulic oil, bed oil, or leakage oils. These foreign oils are often the cause of unstable processes, odor formation, bacterial growth, and overall poorer media performance. Continuous separation makes the emulsion more stable, extends its service life, and keeps the system more hygienic, which in turn reduces maintenance costs and downtime risks. This solution is particularly suitable if you want to achieve a significant improvement with little effort during ongoing operations, either as a stand-alone measure or as part of a comprehensive maintenance concept.
Disc centrifuge
The disc centrifuge is a powerful solution for continuous media cleaning in bypass mode, even while production continues. It separates the finest solids, abrasion and suspended solids, as well as foreign oil components, depending on the application, very efficiently, which keeps the media quality constant. This pays off twice: fewer new batches, lower disposal costs, and at the same time more stable processing conditions, for example with cooling lubricants, cutting oils, or washing media. In addition, downstream components benefit because they are relieved and operate longer without malfunction. Especially with changing loads or demanding quality requirements, the disc centrifuge ensures reliable, reproducible separation performance.
DRUM CENtrifuges
Drum centrifuges are particularly suitable for applications with higher solids content and tough, difficult-to-separate contaminants. They reliably remove sludge and particles from process media, helping to protect plants, pipes, and downstream systems from deposits and malfunctions. This improves process reliability, reduces maintenance costs, and can significantly extend the service life of the media. Depending on the design, longer operating intervals are possible, which noticeably reduces the workload in daily operation, especially when supplying multiple machines or when media fluctuate greatly. This makes the drum centrifuge a robust option when stable separation and high load capacity are required.
