A vapor condenser allows you to treat process water in an energy-efficient manner thanks to vapor compression. The ET evaporator series from MKR Metzger also stands out thanks to its particularly low energy consumption and a number of advantages over other technologies. In contrast to treatment with a vapor evaporator, conventional process water treatment leaves too many heavy metals in the process water, regularly resulting in limit values being exceeded. Furthermore, unlike vapor evaporators, conventional processes require labor-intensive monitoring.
Wash bath care describes the continuous cleaning and stabilization of washing and degreasing baths in industrial cleaning processes. The aim is to remove oils, greases, particles and emulsions from the medium, maintain stable cleaning quality and reduce bath changes. MKR uses technologies such as ultrafiltration with ceramic membranes for this purpose.
ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) refers to the complete recycling of process water, whereby no liquid waste water is discharged. Instead, the water is reused and only a significantly reduced volume of concentrate is disposed of.
